速食業龍頭麥當勞在高雄的右昌分店發生店經理歧視患有唐氏症的42歲王姓女子，報警想把她趕走的事件。在22日，事件被報導的第一時間，麥當勞總公司稱並未對王女造成身心傷害，因此「不會道歉」。不過，在此事遭受輿論撻伐後，麥當勞今(24)日再次出面，並對於王女鄭重致歉。



麥當勞公關表示，他們向來以提供顧客良好服務為宗旨，而右昌分店發生這事件，造成王女與其家人不愉快，以及社會輿論撻伐，麥當勞對此鄭重致歉。



相信大家都知道，麥當勞投入許多心力在慈善，麥當勞叔叔兒童之家即是一例。而現在卻發生歧視身障者事件，麥當勞對此表示遺憾，以後將加強社會公益這一塊。



最後，對於右昌店的黃姓女經理是否會受到處罰或丟飯碗一事，公關僅稱會深入了解。

根據調查，長期盯電腦逾8小時者，臉部細紋生成平均多30%，包括眼周細紋、抬頭紋以及脖紋等肌膚出現早衰現象。根據統計25歲至45歲上班族中，平均一年消費醫美保養金額在抗老拉提上超過15.5萬，並將微整重點放在改善細紋(42%)、全臉輪廓(52%)、火雞脖(6%)等老化現象。其中，30歲以上消費者，逾80%是進行局部老化的改善，又以眼周部位49%為首、其次為皺眉紋29%、第三名為法令紋22%。


一名28歲粉領上班族，因為眼周細紋、雙頰鬆弛、脖子貌似火雞脖、輪廓較鬆垮等現象，讓她常被誤認年逾40歲。邱軍棠醫師指出，探究細部原因除了天生基底膚質外，求診患者一天24小時內至少有50%的時間花在電腦前，維持相同坐姿並且緊盯螢幕，是讓整體臉部肌膚提早進入老化周期的主因，臉部因為眉頭深鎖、瞇眼表情，長時間累積後，皺眉紋、魚尾紋和抬頭紋便會慢慢形成，視角往下的結果造成「下臉部」老化加速，包括下巴下壓時頸部肌肉緊繃變短，久了便鬆弛形成雙下巴，而頸部肌膚也會引起像火雞脖子般皺褶，讓她看起來比實際年齡大10歲。


邱醫師也表示，除了透過微整型外，預防勝於治療的觀念也十分重要。最好在電腦旁放一個鏡子，時時檢測自己使用電腦的表情，避免不自覺的皺眉及瞇眼。使用電腦最好每1小時就休息5~10分鐘，休息時起身走動，將下巴往上抬，掂掂腳尖做伸展，並且稍微閉目轉動或輕輕按壓眼球，舒緩使用過度的眼睛。此外，選用對比高、螢幕大小適中的螢幕避免瞇眼、過度使用眼周肌肉群所導致的細紋生成，並且保持視線和電腦螢幕呈平視角度，也比較不會壓迫到下顎及頸部肌肉。

今天(星期天)凌晨三點，有3、4位女客到麥當勞台北的一家分店消費，指名要買蛋捲冰淇淋，但因為當時機器正在清洗，遭到店內人員拒絕，幾個女客人覺得服務態度不佳，和值班店經理發生激烈口角，甚至還拉扯，女客手中正在拍攝過程的手機，也被店經理拍掉！事後雙方報警處理，決定私下和解，不過服務業動手，畢竟就是犯了大忌，麥當勞再次道歉！



麥當勞店經理一把拍掉顧客手中正在錄影的手機，接著畫面一片黑，聲音一陣混亂；事發的來龍去脈就在麥當勞台北的這家分店，6月30日的凌晨3點左右，有3位年約25歲的女客上門，指名要買蛋捲冰淇淋，但接待的值班店員說，這個時段不供應。








根據麥當勞的說法，可能這幾位客人覺得生氣，邊罵邊拍桌子，3位女客質疑店員在瞪她們，態度不佳，但店員的說法是，只不過雙方視線對上，沒有瞪的意思，值班店經理這時出來處理，雙方發生了一陣子的口角爭執，言辭激烈，隨後第4位晚到的女客加入戰局，並且拿出手機拍攝。





麥當勞公關協理周怡寧：「當天轄區警員到場，然後處理兩造的爭議的時候，已經當面跟警察(應為女客人)致歉。」





麥當勞解釋，因為凌晨2點到6點，是冰淇機的固定清洗時間，不是故意不賣，而手機被拍掉之後，4個女客人和店經理發生一陣拉扯，麥當勞報警處理，警方趕到現場後，先是聞到女客中的其中2人有酒味，隨後雙方就決定私下和解，麥當勞官方回應，決定走司法程序，也再次重申會加強員工訓練；先不論誰對誰錯，做服務業的，對客人動手實在很難說的過去，全球速食龍頭麥當勞在短短1週之內，2次道歉。
